AIM:
 
The aim of this conference is to bring the expert community health Nurses, Policymakers,& stakeholders together to discuss and analyze community health nursing practice in Indian Context and to set goals for future.
 
OBJECTIVES:
 
  To define the community health nursing in Indian Context.
  To appreciate stakeholders view on on nurse's role, equity in health.
  To describe future challenges in community health nursing practice
  To advance and share knowledge of community health care nursing practice through research
  To increase personal commitment by community nurses to evidence based practice.
  To encourage the appropriate use of research for community nursing.
  To promote awareness of the contribution of community health care nursing to healthy public policies and alliances
 
CALL FOR PAPER / POSTER PRESENTATION
 
A. Paper presentation:
 
Delegates are free to present any quality research work or concept papers as selected by scientific committee.
 
Guidelines for Submission:
 
  The content of a free paper abstract should be described under the headings of Title, Authors, Aims and Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusions.
  Abstract should be limited to 350 words in English and include the title, author's name, brief introduction, methods, results and conclusion (font size 12,typed in Times New Roman, double spaced)
  Time allotted for presentation will be 10 minutes
  Time allotted for discussion will be 2 minutes
  All the abstracts need to be submitted on or before 29th Feb. 2012 (Both hard and soft copy.
  Registration is a must for paper & poster presentation.
  The selected papers for presentation will be informed by email/ phone call or by post and the same will be listed in the website.
  8. Best paper will be awarded.
 
B. Poster presentation:
 
  The content of a poster abstract should be described under the headings of Title, Authors, Aims and Objectives, Methodology, Results, and Conclusions.
  An area of 3.5feet height and 4feet width and only flex material is been recommended for poster.
  Posters should be in English and should have a title, name of authors, institution and city.
  Charts, drawings and illustrations must have self-explanatory notes
  Last Date : 29.02.2012(Abstract &Soft copy)
  Best poster will be awarded.

HOW TO REACH CONFERENCE VENUE
 
The venue of the conference is JSS Institutions Suttur,Mysore District, which is located at 25th km from Mysore city, on the T.Narsipura Road, adjacent to theNanjungud.We have arranged transport facility from Mysore railway station/bus station to suttur. One should stay connected with transport & accommodation committee members for the same.Mysore is located 140 kms from Bangalore city. It is well connected by road and rail. The climate in the month of March is very pleasant. Temperature varies between 15C and 30C.
